Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GEO10X's website and services. By accessing our website at geo10x.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

GEO10X provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, including but not limited to AI visibility audits, entity mapping, content optimization, citation building, and AI search monitoring. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Service Engagement

Services commence upon receipt of a signed service agreement and initial payment. All proposals and quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly services are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
• Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the content and deliverables created specifically for them. GEO10X retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, and processes. GEO10X may reference completed projects as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and proprietary methodologies.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete business information
• Granting necessary access to websites, accounts, and platforms
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
• Maintaining accurate NAP information on their platforms

7. Results Disclaimer

GEO10X employs proven methodologies to improve AI search visibility. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation frequencies, or business outcomes, as AI search algorithms are controlled by third-party platforms (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and are subject to change.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all work completed through the termination date. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

9. Limitation of Liability

GEO10X's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
